Refund policy

We want you to love your Wet n Wild products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for items returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Refundable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain products like opened makeup, used skincare, or disposable applicators cannot be refunded unless defective or incorrect.
  • Process: To initiate a return for a refund, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card company first, then contact us.
